Dangerous Dave

Play Dangerous Dave for a compact platform game built around a clear objective: find the trophy, then get to the door. There are ten levels, with weeds, fire and water making the route harder than the goal sounds. Trees and vines can be climbed, and finding a gun or jetpack changes what you can attempt.

The arrows move and jump. Once you have a gun, Ctrl, Z or Space fires it; Alt or X switches a collected jetpack on and off. F9 pauses. The touch pad provides direction, Fire and Jetpack. Before trying a difficult route, identify a safe place to land and check whether you need to climb or fly to reach it.

The 1990 game supplies the play, with Classic, HD and Super HD offering different pictures. HD adds depth and material detail; Super HD has a richer treatment. The graphics selector changes the view during play. You can choose a level to practise, keep a local high-score table, or export moves to replay later.

The live engine replays an earlier AI run (5:55.348) move by move. The AI world-record run is 5:53.733.

The rights page explains the game's ownership and the basis on which DOSHD presents it.

SkyRoads

Play SkyRoads, the 1993 game credited to Bluemoon Interactive. Guide a ship across 30 roads in space, steering around blocks and jumping over gaps. Gravity changes between roads. Fuel and air also matter, so reaching a supply tile can be as important as reaching a landing.

Supply tiles refill both tanks. Sticky surfaces reduce speed, and burning surfaces destroy the ship. A direct wall hit below roughly a third of top speed stops the ship; at or above that threshold it explodes. That makes speed a choice to make before an obstacle, not just a measure of progress.

Arrows steer and change speed, Space jumps, and P pauses. Holding Backspace or R rewinds; after release, press F or a game key to continue. A touch pad provides movement, jumping, menu keys and rewind. Saved settings and road completion counts can stay in the browser, but there is no high-score table.

The page is a beta. Classic is available alongside HD, whose road surface, worlds 6 to 9 and cockpit are still being revised. Super HD is also a playable option. HD draws the road flat, as the original does, and Super HD draws it as a tiled 3D road in deeper colours. Completing every road produces a brief ending before returning to the road menu.

This is a fan translation, not a Bluemoon Interactive release. DOSHD holds no rights in SkyRoads and has no licence for the translation.

Electro Man

Play Electro Man to explore a space base, find disks and manage a weapon that heats up as it fires. The game began as Electro Body, made by xLand in Poland in 1992. Epic MegaGames published the English edition in 1993 to 1994.

Each of eight levels contains three disks. Collect the set to activate the exit teleport, then stand on it and press Down. Batteries raise the weapon's power. Mines, automatic guns, lasers and energy barriers make it useful to stop and read a room before moving through it. Watch the heat bar and leave time for the weapon to cool.

Left and Right move, Up or Ctrl jumps, Space fires, and P pauses. A touch pad supplies the main movement and menu actions. F2 saves at the last checkpoint when browser storage is available; F3 resumes that save from the title screen. Open the game's own page if an embedded viewer reports that it cannot save.

Classic uses the original 320 by 200 appearance. HD turns the same rooms into clay scenes, and Super HD changes their lighting. The page describes all three views across all eight levels, with the redrawn views enabled when their art is available. This remains a preview; matching the original game in every detail is still work in progress.

The game data and art use the 2006 Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.5 release. Derived game art keeps those terms. Epic MegaGames had no role in that release and does not endorse this page; neither do the game's makers.

Claw

Claw is represented by videos while development continues. The original action game dates from 1997 and was produced by Monolith Productions and Takarajimasha. The fan project is not made, endorsed or approved by either company.

The recordings cover running, jumping, sword attacks, pistol shots and other moments of movement and combat. Comparison notes identify differences instead of treating a similar-looking scene as a complete match. Work on HD and Super HD is still to begin. The current offering is videos only, with no playable Claw listing here.

Aladdin

The Aladdin work concerns Virgin Interactive's 1994 demo. Comparison scenes include a market street, running and jumping, sword swings, thrown apples and enemies. These are glimpses of the work; a playable version is still to come, and HD and Super HD have not started.

Aladdin is a Disney property. This fan project is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Disney or Virgin Interactive.

Town Foundry

Town Foundry is a modified version of open-source city-building software, with its source and licence notices kept. Its licence is the GNU GPL version 3 with additional terms. There is no affiliation with Electronic Arts.

Development checks have shown desktop city creation, advancing dates and road building. They do not yet establish that the whole simulation matches the original engine. Touch remains unverified, phone play is still being checked, and neither HD nor Super HD has started.

Prince of Persia

Prince of Persia is in development for the 1990 demo only. It is not available to play on this site. The work covers room-based movement and encounters, including jumps, guards, spikes and sword actions. Comparison captures and visual matching remain unfinished, and HD and Super HD have not started.

There is no affiliation between the project and Broderbund. Its demo scope is not a promise of the full game.
